During this lab, the kids utilized lotion, borax, and glue to make slime. Using food dye, the kids made colorful slime unique to themselves.

During this lab, the kids utilized eggs, bubble wrap, tape, and cardboard to make protective landers. Using various cushioning materials, the kids made shock-absorbing designs unique to themselves.
Paper Rockets | EBS | March 11, 2026
During this lab, the kids utilized paper, tape, index cards, and straws to make aerodynamic rockets. Using markers and custom wing shapes, the kids made high-flying designs unique to themselves.
Robotic Arms | EBS | March 14, 2026
The robotic hands are made out of cardboard, string, and tape. The kids traced their hands and cut them out, attaching string to each tip of the finger; pulling the string allowed them to simulate a hand closing.
Paper Jets | EBS | March 18, 2026
Kids created normal paper airplanes but with a twist; creating a little cut in the bottom allowed them to attach a rubber band and launch their airplanes at incredible speeds.
Candy DNA | EBS | March 25, 2026
During this lab, the kids utilized Twizzlers, toothpicks, and gummies to make structural DNA strands. Using different colored candy bases, the kids made double-helix models unique to themselves.
Rockets | Somerset Princeton | March 31, 2026
Kids used red silo cups, rubber bands, and aluminum foil to create their own rockets. The rockets were launched with a cataout type desgin being launched using the tension created from rubber bands.
